When did you start your first site?
I started my first site back in 2006. I have gotten pretty far in just a few years! I love graphic designing and I am happy I started!

Re: When Did You Start Your First Site?
I had my first website in 2005 but it was super amateurish. Haha. It was hosted on Freewebs, I think.
My first real website was created in 2006.

Oh, that's a long time ago. Hm, my very first web page was on Piczo in 2005, I recall. I was ten with nothing to do with my free time.
Remember the tacky glitter images with pink flower backgrounds and the humongous friends-list?
Four years already?? Pfft, have I progressed slowly...

Re: When Did You Start Your First Site?
I started my first website about three years ago, so around either 2006 or 2005. Man I sucked back then xP. It was a Freehostia website, and I had a lot of fun with it. I think It only lasted a month! Man I have improved...

Re: When Did You Start Your First Site?
I started it about 1.5 years ago. It was a domain already, which was stupid, so I pretty much crammed and learned most of the basic codes and domain stuff in 1 or 2 months! XD I sold the domain though, to Olivia, actually.

Re: When Did You Start Your First Site?
I had millions of sites, but the one that I can remember the most was Doll-Pixed. It was a subdomain, and I started it in 2008. Now that I think about it, my graphic skills and coding were super lame compared to mine now. xD

That's nice to hear everybody has improved their webdeveloping skills over the time. I think what matters is, the will and desire to improve regardless of the time taken to do so. Everyone learns at their own pace

Re: When Did You Start Your First Site?
I think by first was on Freewebs. It was some Neopets-related thing, I hardly even remember. But that's where I learnt HTML, CSS and stuff like that. It was a good experience for me. That was back in 2005, if I'm not mistaken.
I think after that I ventured into the wonderful world of Photoshop and I started learning about all these different things, though I stuck with Freewebs.
I've definitely improved, but I still have much to learn.

Re: When Did You Start Your First Site?
I started my first site in 2003 and kept it open a year before deciding to start a new one with someone else and along came cosmic productionz which lasted 3 years. then I had a break and then bought another domain to just blog. that last nearly 2 years until I split with my ex and he stole my domains. I realised a couple of months later that I had a domain that I had been previously working on with someone else a year beforehand and decided to use that and get back into blogging.
I'm really pissed that my ex stole my main blogging domain because it was PR3 and had around 1000 hits a month which for me at the time was alot. I've heard he's sold it to someone but hey ho, Karma is a bitch and will get him for doing that to me. If I could somehow buy that domain back, I would..in a heartbeat
