A New Layout

I have a new layout on my site (www.impatientmind.co.cc) And I'm wondering if you already saw it and what you think?

I used my personal pictures and I love the colors. Do you like it?

I have never heard of your website, so I haven't seen it.

The layout is clean. I've seen the style before.

I don't like the white glowing behind the font in the header,
And there should be more padding between the main area and the rounded rectangle it is in.

Very pretty. And (if I am viewing the corrent layout) I love the little hearts. However, they are a little blurry along the navigaton, so if that could be fixed it would be even better, but I'm a perfectionist, so you really shouldn't be listening to me.
