The colour scheme is nice but I think the texts for the navigation should be made darker because they look a bit, how do you say this, umm.. masked(?) by the background. But overall, it's a lovely design. Congrats

Hmm I think the quality is bad since it's saved as a jpeg, save it as a png. Also, the actress (whoever she is) is not cut well. Also the ones in frames are not adjusted well. Maybe start over with some brushes and non celebrity images.
